[v]Cassandra Mulcahy, MMT, MT-BC is just about 5′ tall and offers curated music experiences that are designed to heal and empower you by connecting you to your inner creative wisdom.  She is a Music Therapist who hails from the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, and currently resides in Southern Connecticut. Earning her Bachelors degree in Music Therapy from Berklee College of Music and her Master in Music Therapy from Temple University. Throughout her 16-year career, she has had the privilege of serving individuals and groups from birth to death.

Currently her  passion is dedicated to Holistic, Psychiatric,  Oncologic and Workplace Wellness communities. No music experience is necessary to participate in workshops, only the intentions set by the authentic rhythm of the tiny drum resonating in your chest.

]Hello! I am Cassandra Mulcahy,  a lover of all human beings, creatures, plants elements and other things that exist on planet earth. We all deserve to live enriching lives full of harmony, connectivity,  and peace. I wish for us to explore and understand the rhythmic cycles that guide us and propel us. May we nuzzle into the deepest recesses of our hearts and listen to the melody that emerges.  The resonance of bliss emerges when we uncover these spaces.

As a music therapist, I have experienced the transformation that sound, vibration and song can evoke. Music can help us transcend or hold emotions, it can help us embody healing and rewrite our stories. Through this project, I will share what I have learned, and you will grow with me. Together, we will embrace our inner children, creating a sweeter harmony within and without, and we will redefine what it is to be healthy.

All humans are intrinsically creative: the tools we need are a pulse and a fragment of imagination. Let us create a culture of expressive freedom and courage.
